TR-1: Notification of Major Interests in Shares

The Evolution Group Plc (the "Company") announces that it received notification

on 6 October 2008 from Deutsche Bank AG under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules ("DTR") of a disposal of voting rights on 3 October 2008 such that Deutsche Bank AG and Tilney Investment Management were at that date interested in 11,889,941 (5.30%) ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Shares") representing a direct interest in 11,889,671 Shares and an indirect interest in 270 Shares in the issued Ordinary Share Capital of the Company.  This follows the previous announcement on 11 June 2008 of a total interest by Deutsche Bank AG of 13,875,176 Shares (61.0%).
