The Evolution Group Plc (the "Company") announces that it received notification on 8 July 2011 from Norges Bank that in accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules on 6 July 2011 Norge Bank had decreased their direct holding of voting rights in the Company from 7,111,216 ordinary shares of 1p each of the Company ("Shares") to 6,332,574 Shares representing 2.72% of the issued Shares of the Company.

This notification is in respect of a decrease in voting rights below the 3% threshold from 7,111,216 shares.
