TR-1: Notification of Major Interests in Shares

The Evolution Group Plc (the "Company") announces that it received notification on 29 March 2011 from BlackRock UK Dynamic Fund ("UK Dynamic") that on 28 March 2011, UK Dynamic were interested in 20,035,408 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Shares") representing a direct interest in 8.62% of the issued Ordinary Share Capital of the Company.  This notification is in respect of an increase in voting rights above the 8% threshold from 17,466,715 shares (7.69%) announced on 20 October 2009.

Please note that the total shareholding of Blackrock Inc in the Company is 26,300,246 shares (11.31%) as at 28 March 2011.
