The Evolution Group Plc (the "Company") announces that it received notification on 9 November 2011 that on 7 November 2011, UBS Investment Bank, through UBS AG London Branch, were interested in 19,043,103 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Shares") representing a direct interest in 8.18% of the issued Ordinary Share Capital of the Company. 

This notification is in respect of an increase in a direct interest in voting rights from the previously announced holding of 16,815,614 shares, announced on 31 October 2011.
