10 November 2011 that on 8 November 2011, Deutsche Bank AG were interested in 7,555,644 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Shares") representing a direct interest in 7,555,375 (3.25%) and an indirect interest in 269 Shares of the issued Ordinary Share Capital of the Company.  This notification is in respect of reaching the threshold of 3%.
