TR-1: Notification of Major Interests in Shares

The Evolution Group Plc (the "Company") announces that it received notification on 13 December 2011 that on 9 December 2011, Blackrock UK Dynamic Fund (the "Dynamic Fund") were interested in 5,959,520 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Shares") representing a direct interest in 2.56% of the issued Ordinary Share Capital of the Company.  This notification is in respect of a decrease in voting rights below the 3% threshold from 7,959,520 Shares announced on 6 December 2011.

We note that the total holding of Blackrock Inc, (including the Dynamic Fund), as at 13 December 2011 was 10,266,016 Shares (4.41%) and a CFD position of 1,979,665 Shares (0.85%) representing a total exposure of 5.26%.
