TR-1: Notification of Major Interests in Shares

The Evolution Group Plc (the "Company") announces that it received notification on 11 October 2011 that on 3 October 2011, BlackRock Inc were interested in 25,219,141 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Shares") representing an indirect interest in 10.84% of the issued Ordinary Share Capital of the Company.  This notification is in respect of a decrease in voting rights below the 11% threshold from 27,820,596 shares.

In addition, BlackRock Inc notified a CFD position over 197,762 shares, representing 0.08% of the issued Ordinary Share Capital of the Company and a total holding of 25,416,903 shares representing 10.42% of the issued Ordinary Share Capital of the Company.

The total shareholding of BlackRock Inc of 25,416,903 includes a holding of  BlackRock UK Dynamic Fund's ("UK Dynamic") , who as of 6 October 2011, held a direct interest in the Shares of the Company of 18,535,408 (7.97%) (a decrease in voting rights below the 8% threshold from 20,035,408 Shares announced on 30 March 2011).
