yesterday from Cantor Fitzgerald Europe that Cantor Fitzgerald Europe has a
revised notifiable interest in 9,839,394 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the
Company representing approximately 3.94% of the issued ordinary share capital as
at 14 December 2004.
