on 16 February 2007 from Legal & General Group Plc that on 16 February 2007
Legal & General Assurance (Pensions Management) Limited (PMC) was
interested in 7,907,811 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Shares")
representing a direct interest in approximately 3.57% of the issued Ordinary
Share Capital of the Company.
