on 20 July 2005 from Goldman Sachs International that Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
was interested, by attribution only, in 6,683,409 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in
the Company representing approximately 3.00% of the issued ordinary share
capital as at 22 July 2005.
