on 22 November 2005 from Merrill Lynch Investment Managers Group Limited that
RBS as Trustees of Merrill Lynch U.K. Dynamic Fund was interested in 6,805,802
Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company representing approximately 3.03% of
the issued ordinary share capital as at 21 November 2005.
