The company is pleased to announce the appointment of Graeme Dell to the board
as Finance Director.



Graeme joined the Evolution as CFO in August 2001. Prior to this Graeme spent
5 years with Deutsche Bank as a Director in its Global Exchange Services
business, and previously 3 years with Goldman Sachs after training and
qualifying as an ACA with Coopers and Lybrand.



Commenting on the appointment Alex Snow, chief executive, said:



'Graeme's track record in finance, business management and operations will
ensure that the Evolution Group's finance, operations and IT functions have
focused strategic management that will move Evolution further ahead in its
investment banking and retail stock broking businesses'.
