Statement regarding discussions with Beeson Gregory plc


The Board of Evolution Group notes the recent press speculation regarding a
possible merger between the Company and Beeson Gregory.


Evolution confirms that discussions between the companies are taking place.
These talks are at a preliminary stage.  There can be no assurance that an
agreement can be reached.


A further statement will be made as and when appropriate.
