Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company has been notified that Steve Bellamy, who will be appointed as Non-Executive Chair of the Company on 15 July 2024, has purchased a further 200,000 shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), at an average price of 24.97 pence per share.

Following the purchase, Steve Bellamy has a beneficial interest in 300,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.48% of the issued share capital of the Company.
