TERRACE HILL APPOINTS ANDREW PINTO AS GROUP TREASURER

Terrace Hill Group plc (AIM: THG), a leading UK property development and investment group, is pleased to announce the appointment of Andrew Pinto as Group Treasurer. 

Andrew, 40, joins from Goodman International, the Australian listed fund manager, property owner and developer, with over £18bn of assets under management, where he held the position of Assistant Treasurer since January 2007. At Goodman, Andrew assisted the Group Treasurer in managing the treasury function for Goodman Europe and the European funds management platform, managing a structure by which each fund had its own balance sheet and independent board.

Prior to this, Andrew was Group Treasurer at Travelodge Hotels Limited (Travelodge and Little Chef). With a career that has to date spanned over 19 years, other previous roles include the positions of Interim Treasurer at Chelsfield plc and Trinity Mirror; Deputy Group Treasurer at Daily Mail and General Trust plc; and Treasury Manager at McBride plc.
