Terrace Hill Group plc ('Terrace Hill' or 'the Group')
Director Shareholding
Terrace Hill announces that they received notification on 3 October 2005 that Mr
Nigel James Cavers Turnbull, Deputy Chairman of the Group, was today transferred
by way of a gift 20,000 ordinary shares in the Group from a relative. The
interest of Mr Turnbull has increased from 186,355 ordinary shares (0.10%) to
206,355 ordinary shares (0.11%).
The ordinary shares referred to above are the ordinary shares of 2p each in the
Group.
