Directors' Dealings



The Company announces that, on 19 March 2001, D R Macdonald, Director and
Chief Executive of the Company, purchased 5,000 Ordinary Shares at 19p each,
increasing his holding of Ordinary Shares from 336,375 (0.58%) to 341,375
(0.59%).



Additionally, S D H Cufley, Director of the Company, on the same date
purchased 5,000 Ordinary Shares at 19p each, increasing his holding of
Ordinary Shares from 8,711 (0.015%) to 13,711 (0.024%).



Finally, M A Kelly, Director of the Company, on the same date purchased 2,500
Ordinary Shares at 18.8p each, increasing her holding of Ordinary Shares from
2,000 (0.004%) to 4,500 (0.008%).
