The Board of Terrace Hill today announces the resignation of Douglas Blausten as
Non-Executive Director of the Group with effect from 27 February 2006. The Board
of Terrace Hill would like to thank Douglas for his contribution to Terrace Hill
since he joined in June 2004 and wishes him every success in the future.
