Terrace Hill Group plc ('Terrace Hill' or 'the Group')
Directors' Dealings
The Group announces that they received notification today that RFM Adair,
Executive Chairman of the Group, today transferred 215,750 ordinary shares in
the Group to the RFM Adair 1984 Life Interest Settlement in which he is
interested. The transfer was carried out at a price of 41.5p per share. The
beneficial interest of Mr Adair in the share capital of the Group is unchanged
at 128,423,549 ordinary shares representing 69.11% of the current issued share
capital of the Group.
Furthermore, the Group received notification today that Nigel Turnbull, Deputy
Chairman of the Group, today purchased 12,355 ordinary shares in the Group at a
price of 39.5p per share. The interest of Mr Turnbull has increased from 174,000
ordinary shares (0.094%) to 186,355 ordinary shares (0.10%).
The ordinary shares referred to above are the ordinary shares of 2p each in the
Group.
