TERRACE HILL GROUP PLC ('the Group')
DIRECTORS' DEALINGS
The Group announces that it was notified on 19 October 2005 of the following
Directors' share transactions in the Group as follows:
1. Mr Robert Fredrick Martin Adair, Executive Chairman of the Group, purchased
135,000 Shares in the Group. The beneficial interest of Mr Adair in
the share capital of the Group has increased from 128,423,549 Shares (68.60%)
to 128,558,549 Shares (68.67%).
2. Mr Philip Alexander Jeremy Leech, Managing Director of the Group, purchased
40,000 Shares in the Group. Mr Leech's interest in the share capital of the
Group has increased from 1,524,447 Shares (0.81%) to 1,564,447 Shares
(0.84%).
3. Mr Nigel James Cavers Turnbull, Deputy Chairman of the Group, purchased
25,000 Shares in the Group. Mr Turnbull's interest in the share capital of
the Group has increased from 206,355 Shares (0.11%) to 231,355 Shares
(0.12%).
All of the above share dealings were transacted on 19 October 2005 and at 40.75p
per share.
The Shares referred to in the announcement are the issued Ordinary Shares of 2p
each in the Group.
