Capital Tech plc ('CapitalTech' or 'the Company')



On the 30th April 2001 the Trustees of the Group Employee Share Ownership
Trust ('the Trust') granted options to subscribe for existing ordinary shares
of 2p each in the capital of Capital Tech plc at a price of 2p per share to a
number of directors as follows: Mr D R Macdonald Director in respect of 20,000
shares; Mr S D H Cufley, Director in respect of 40,000 shares and Miss M A
Kelly, Director in respect of 30,000 shares.  These options are not being
granted by the Company, but are being granted by the Trust over existing
ordinary shares held by the Trust, which were allotted on the incorporation of
the Company by its founding shareholders, who included Mr Macdonald.
