The Board of Terrace Hill announces that, pursuant to implementation of the
Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, they have
received formal notifications of the following beneficial holdings in the issued
share capital of the Company:

* Includes all beneficial holdings through family trusts and his spouse. In

  2006 under a long term incentive scheme.


The ordinary shares referred to above are ordinary shares of 2p each in the
Company.
