Residential Unit Trusts
As announced on 8 August 2000, Extraordinary General Meetings of Unit Holders
of The Clyde Residential Unit Trust, The Neill Clerk Residential Unit Trust
and the Norcity Residential Unit Trust were held this morning to consider
approving the Schemes of Amalgamation with CapitalTech plc referred to in that
announcement.
The Unit Holders in all trusts approved the Schemes of Amalgamation.
Completion is due within 14 days when a further announcement will be made.
Upon completion, application will be made for the New Ordinary Shares in
CapitalTech plc, to be issued pursuant to the Schemes of Amalgamation, to be
admitted to trading on the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock
Exchange. It is anticipated that trading will commence on the fourth business
day thereafter.
