Total Voting Rights
In conformity with Rule 5.6.1 of the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the Company hereby notifies the market of the following:
As at 31 August 2021, the Company's issued share capital consisted of 1,219,790,921 ordinary shares of £0.005 each ("Ordinary Shares"), 56,082,651 D1 ordinary shares of £0.005 each, 19,519 D2 ordinary shares of £1.00 each, 49,266,539 E ordinary shares of £0.005 each, 27,283,733 F ordinary shares of £0.005 each, 18,437,176 G ordinary shares of £0.005 each, 1 Special Share of £1.00, 287,434 deferred 1 shares of £0.005 each and 21,563,860 deferred 2 shares of £0.005 each. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury.
Only the Ordinary Shares are voting shares and each such Ordinary Share carries one vote per Ordinary Share.
Accordingly, the total number of voting rights in the Company as at 31 August 2021 is 1,219,790,921. This figure may be used by the Company's shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

THG Nutrition: A group of digital-first Nutrition brands, which includes the world's largest online sports nutrition brand Myprotein, and its family brands (Myvegan, Myvitamins, MP Clothing and Myprotein Pro), with a vertically integrated business model, supported by six THG production facilities.
THG OnDemand: Personalisation and customisation is a key offering within THG OnDemand, enabling brands to offer unique products to a vast range of consumers across THG's global territories through websites including Zavvi, IWOOT and Pop in a Box.
Other: Luxury D2C websites including Coggles, AllSole and MyBag, in addition to THG Experience. The latter comprises prestige events locations at Hale Country Club & Spa, King Street Townhouse Hotel and Great John Street Hotel, providing deeply experiential brand building environments, most notably in support of THG Society, the Group's proprietary influencer marketing platform.
