DIRECTORS SHAREHOLDING

FW Thorpe announces that on 17^th October 2011, Andrew Thorpe, Chairman and Joint Chief Executive transferred 15,857 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to his son, Max Thorpe.

Following this transaction, Mr Andrew Thorpe and persons connected with him now have an interest in 2,789,984 Ordinary Shares representing 23.8 per cent of the issued share capital with voting rights. 

This calculation is based on 11,723,559 being the total number of shares in issue with voting rights.
