Appointment of Finance Director

Thruvision (AIM: THRU), the specialist provider of people-screening technology to the global security market, is pleased to announce the appointment of Adrian Crockett (age 51) as Finance Director and as a member of the Company's Board of Directors with immediate effect.

Adrian is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and joins Thruvision from Venture Life Group plc where until recently he was Chief Financial Officer. Adrian has significant experience in senior finance roles and the listed environment.

Following his decision to re-locate to Australia with his family, Ian Lindsay will step down from the Board on 1 May 2019 but will remain with the Company until later in May to facilitate an effective handover.

Commenting on the forthcoming appointment, Thruvision Executive Chairman Tom Black said:

As at the date of this announcement, Adrian Crockett does not have any beneficial interest in the ordinary shares of the Company.
