Blocklisting update
Thruvision (AIM:THRU), the leading provider of "safe distance" people-screening technology to the international security market today announces, that an application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the blocklisting of 2,000,000 ordinary shares of 1p each ("New Ordinary Shares").
The New Ordinary Shares will be issued from time to time pursuant to the exercise of employee share options under the Thruvision Group plc Long Term Incentive Plan.
On exercise, these shares will be issued as fully paid and will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in issue. It is expected that admission will be granted on 13 June 2022.
An update to the blocklisting application is given below and on the assumption that the 2,000,000 shares are admitted on 13 June 2022.

The above figure of 147,165,718 Ordinary Shares in the Company carrying voting rights may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
