Digital Barriers plc (AIM: DGB), the specialist provider of visually intelligent solutions to the global surveillance, security and safety markets, is pleased to announce the extension of its supplier contract, first agreed in August 2013, with BT Redcare. The increased level of commitment in the contract extension demonstrates the growing demand for the Group's technologies in the UK public safety market.
Under the terms of this contract, the Group's class-leading EdgeVis Live wireless video surveillance products and services are marketed as "Redcare View." Today's contract extension secures a minimum order commitment from BT Redcare of £2.0 million over three years, and includes the launch of a high-definition variant of the Group's class-leading Minicam wireless surveillance camera.

This announcement is a further illustration of our continued momentum with major industry partners based on the unique capabilities of our core technologies."
