Director's Share Purchase
Digital Barriers plc (LSE AIM: DGB), the specialist provider of advanced surveillance technologies to the security and defence sectors, announces that the Group was notified on 21 February 2013 that Zak Doffman, Group Development Director, acquired 63,800 ordinary shares in the Group of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") on 21 February 2013, at a price of 186.64 pence per share.
Following the transaction, which was via his SIPP, Zak Doffman holds 530,114 Ordinary Shares in Digital Barriers representing 1.04 per cent of the issued share capital of the Group.
