Sharesave option grant to Executive Director
Digital Barriers (AIM: DGB) the specialist provider of visually intelligent technologies to the global surveillance, security and safety markets, announces a grant of share options under the Digital Barriers Sharesave scheme (the "Scheme").
Earlier today the Remuneration Committee of the Group granted, under the rules of the Scheme, an option over 46,683 Ordinary 1p shares with an exercise price of 31 pence per share to Sharon Cooper, Chief Financial Officer.
The exercise price, set on 30 June 2016, is calculated on the basis of 80% of the closing middle market price of Digital Barriers shares on 29 June 2016. The option may be exercised between 1 October 2019 and 31 March 2020, assuming the conditions of the Scheme are met.
Immediately prior to this grant, Sharon Cooper did not have any entitlement under the Scheme following her cancellation of participation in the Scheme in respect of options previously granted to her on 8 July 2014.
Full details of the Scheme can be found in the Notice of General meeting held on 1 November 2013 and available at www.digitalbarriers.com/investors/investorsfinancialreporting/
