The board of directors of Digital Barriers plc (AIM: DGB) (the "Directors"), the specialist provider of advanced surveillance technologies to the security and defence sectors, has been advised that all of the Directors have today acquired the following additional Ordinary Shares pursuant to the Placing:

The total number of Ordinary Shares in issue with voting rights is 84,489,481.

No Ordinary Shares are held in treasury.
