The Board of Digital Barriers plc (AIM: DGB) (the "Board"), the specialist provider of advanced surveillance technologies to the security and defence sectors, today announces an update to its block listing application.

The Ordinary shares will be allotted and issued in due course in accordance with the rules of the scheme and will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Ordinary 1p shares in issue.
Following the issue of the Ordinary shares, the number of Ordinary shares in issue will increase to 84,534,810. For the purposes of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules ("DTRs"), the issued ordinary share capital of the Company following this allotment consists of 84,534,810 Ordinary shares with voting rights attached (one vote per Ordinary share).
There are no shares held in treasury.
This total voting rights figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interests in, or a change to their interest in, Digital Barriers under the DTRs.
