ADDITIONAL LISTING


Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock
Exchange for admission to listing and trading of 135,000 new ordinary shares of
1p  at  £1 per share, pursuant to the Company's authority under Sections 80 and
95 of the Companies Act 1985 .

The shares have been allotted and are expected to trade on 21st October 2002.
Following the listing the number of shares in issue will be 2,863,979.
