Additional Listing Amendment

The issuer advises that the following amends the additional listing announcement
released at 11:23 on 23rd April 2002, RNS Number 9336U. The announcement should
have detailed the split between the shares pursuant to the Offer for
Subscription and the subscriber shares. The full amended text appears below.



Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock
Exchange to list an additional 1,419,960 Ordinary Shares of 1p in T&G AIM VCT
plc pursuant to the Offer for Subscription. These shares have been allotted and
trading is expected to commence on Friday April 26th 2002.



Application has also been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock
Exchange to list 2 subscriber shares which were allotted at the time of the
incorporation of the company and are also expected to trade on Friday April 26th
2002.



The total number of shares for which application is being made is 1,419,962
