The issuer advises that the following amends the Results of AGM and Resignation
of Director announcement released today at 13.50 under RNS NO: 9012X
The NAV's for the Ordinary and C Shares had been transposed
All other details remain unchanged and the full amended text appears below.
The Company announces that at the Annual General Meeting today,
Shareholders of the Company approved all the resolutions put before the
meeting.
The Company also announces that, in line with the recent trend for investment
companies to separate the role of the fund manager from that of the Board, John
Sweet has decided to resign from the Board with effect from 22nd April 2004.
However, he will continue to be actively involved in the management of the fund
as a member of the newly formulated TGIM SmallCap Investment Committee.
The unaudited Net Asset Values of the Ordinary and 'C' Shares as at 31 March
2004 were 94.4p and 95.5p respectively.
