Closure of Offer

The Directors announce that the Offers for Subscription ('the Offers') announced
on 16th November 2001 will close at 5 p.m. today, 28th June 2002 in accordance
with their terms.


Application has also been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock
Exchange to list an additional 93,450 Ordinary Shares of 1p in T&G AIM VCT PLC
pursuant to the 2002/2003 Offer for Subscription.  These shares have been
allotted and trading is expected to commence on Thursday July 4th.  Following
this listing the total number of shares in issue, pursuant to the 2001/2002 and
2002/2003 Offers will be 2,728,979.
