T & G AIM VCT Plc 'C' SHARE OFFER
1st October 2003

The following replaces the Closure announcement released on 30th September at
15.45 under RNS number 3651Q.  There was a transposition in the number of shares
to be listed.  All other details remain unchanged, and the full amended text
appears below:


The Directors announce that the Offers for Subscription for 2002/2003 and 
2003/2004 will close at 5 p.m. on Tuesday 30th September 2003.

Application will be made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock
Exchange to list an additional 131,430 'C' Shares in T & G AIM VCT Plc pursuant
to the 2003/2004 Offer for Subscription.  These shares have been allotted and
trading is expected to commence on Wednesday October 8th 2003.  Following this
listing the total number of 'C' shares in issue, pursuant to the 2002/2003 and
2003/2004 Offers will be 576,600.
