Further re AGM

The Company announces that, due to a clerical error the Notice of Annual General
Meeting due to take place on Friday April 25 was omitted from the recent Report
and  Accounts.  The meeting has, therefore, been cancelled and a further meeting
will be convened, notices for which will be sent out shortly.
