T&G AIM VCT PLC ('the Company')
Result of Class Meetings
The Board of the Company announces that the resolutions proposed at the
adjourned class meetings of the holders of the 'C' Ordinary and Ordinary Shares
of the Company held at 12.30 pm and 12.50 pm respectively on 22 June 2005 were
duly passed.
Accordingly, the part of the resolution proposed at the Extraordinary General
Meeting of the Company held on 21 June 2005 to change the accounting reference
date of the Company to 30 April, which was subject to the sanction of class
meetings of the holders of the 'C' Ordinary and Ordinary Shares, is now in
effect.
The change of Company's name to 'Noble Income & Growth VCT PLC' became effective
on 22 June 2005.
