An application has been made for the listing of 367,638 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company (the "New Ordinary Shares") to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange. When issued, the New Ordinary Shares will be fully paid and will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company. It is expected that admission of the New Ordinary Shares will occur on 29 March 2019 at 8.00 am.
The New Ordinary Shares will be issued to satisfy the grant of awards in connection with 2018 annual bonuses and in accordance with the Company's Annual and Deferred Bonus Plan.
Total Voting Rights
Following admission, the issued capital of the Company will comprise 520,269,141 ordinary shares. There are no ordinary shares held in treasury and accordingly, the total number of voting rights is 520,269,141. This figure may be used by shareholders (and others with notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
