Director Declaration

The Company announces that Tim Cobbold, Chair of the Board of Directors of the Company, has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director and Chair designate of the Board of Directors of Spirax Group plc ("Spirax Group") with effect from 1 September 2024 and as Chair of the Board of Directors and Chair of the Nomination Committee of Spirax Group with effect from 1 January 2025 (such appointment to be subject to his election as a Director at Spirax Group's annual general meeting to be held in May 2025).

Tim Cobbold will step down as a Director of Rotork plc with effect from 31 December 2024.

This announcement has been made in accordance with the requirements of Listing Rule 9.6.14(2).
