Jeffrey Vanneste, independent non-executive director, has informed the Board that he has decided to step down as a director of the Company in order to dedicate more time to his other personal and business pursuits. He intends to remain on the Board and continue to serve as Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee until the Company's upcoming 2022 Annual General Meeting to be held on 18 May 2022, at which he will not stand for re-election.
The Nomination Committee of the Board has commenced a process to recruit another independent non-executive director to ensure the Board maintains a broad mix of market knowledge and relevant financial experience to support the Company's strategic aims and the Board's management objectives. More detail will be made available as appropriate.
