Interim dividend for 2018 - Payment of dividend in Sterling

On 8 August 2018, the Board of TI Fluid Systems plc announced that the interim dividend for 2018 would be 3.02 euro cents per ordinary share.

The interim dividend is to be paid on 28 September 2018 to shareholders on the register on 17 August 2018. The dividend is payable in cash in Sterling to holders of ordinary shares.

The dividend amount of 3.02 euro cents was converted from Euro to Sterling using the London closing spot rate on Thursday 16 August 2018.  Accordingly, the Sterling dividend payable on 28 September 2018 will be 2.70 pence per ordinary share.
