Interim dividend

 

On 9 August 2021, TI Fluid Systems plc announced that its Board had declared an interim dividend of 1.93 Euro cents per ordinary share based on the Group's financial position and prospects.

The dividend will be paid in Sterling on 30 September 2021 to holders of ordinary shares on the register on the record date of 20 August 2021.

The dividend amount of 1.93 Euro cents will be converted from Euro to Sterling using the London closing spot rate on Friday, 20 August 2021 and the sterling rate will be announced on Monday, 23 August 2021.
