Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs")

The Company advises that a granting of ordinary shares has been made under the TI Fluid Systems plc Long Term Incentive Plan (the "Plan"). Half of the award of 123,320 time-based Ordinary Shares will vest under the same conditions as the Time-Based Tranche of the 2023 Plan award and the balance will vest under the same conditions as the Time-Based Tranche of the 2022 Plan award.

The following notification is made in accordance with the requirements of Article 19(3) of the Market Abuse Regulation.
