             Tiger Resource Finance plc ('Tiger' or 'the Company')


                            Clarification of holding



Tiger released four announcements between 30 September 2005 and 21 October 2005
relating to notifications of significant holdings received by Tiger from UBS
Business Group and Strongbow Capital Limited.

On further enquiry by the Company, it has emerged that these notifications
actually relate to the same holding of shares, notwithstanding the fact that
independent notifications were received from each party.

For purposes of clarification, Tiger confirms that Strongbow Capital Ltd is the
beneficial holder of 9,900,000 ordinary shares which represents a 4.77% interest
in the Company.
