Tiger was notified today that Bruce Rowan, a director of the Company, purchased
2,500,000 shares in Tiger on 9 May 2005 at a price of 2.23p per share.

Following this purchase Mr. Rowan's total holding increased to 48,366,239
ordinary shares in the Company representing 20.50 % of the issued ordinary share
capital.
