It is with great regret that the Company acknowledges the death on Saturday,
12 May, 2001, of Seamus Maher, a non-executive director. Seamus Maher's
contribution to the Company was substantial and he will be greatly missed. The
Board of the Company extends its deepest sympathies to Seamus's family.
