Tiger Resource Finance plc ('Tiger')
Dealings by Substantial Shareholders
Tiger announces that it was informed on 31 January, 2001 that Everett
Financial Management Limited ('Everett') in its capacity as a licensed dealer
in securities sold 3,435,000 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in Tiger ('Ordinary
Shares') to its clients leaving Everett with a balance of 18,510,000 Ordinary
Shares representing 8.29% of the issued Ordinary Shares.
