 Final Results for the Year Ended 31 December 2016

The Company confirms that the Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2016 are now available on the Company's website at www.tiger-rf.com.  Tiger also confirms that the Annual Report, together with a Notice of AGM ("Notice") will be posted to shareholders on 30 May 2017. The AGM will be convened at Fladgate LLP, 16 Great Queen Street, London WC2B 5DG on Thursday, 22 June 2017 at 14:00.

Pursuant to rule 20 of the AIM Rules for Companies, copies of both the Annual Report and the Notice will be available for inspection at www.tiger-rf.com effective from 30 May 2017.
